What is the OneAviation Careers Hub?
The OneAviation Careers Hub (OACH) is Singapore’s first integrated tripartite platform which aims to be the main touchpoint providing employment and employability support for the aviation sector, with the support of a tripartite network and partnership of employers and trade associations, NTUC Aerospace and Aviation Cluster, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore as the sector lead agency, and fellow government agencies in support of manpower development.
The OACH provides access to job listings, matching and career advisory services to assist job seekers with job placement needs and long-term career development planning. Job seekers can also access the training support services available to upskill or pivot to new roles within the sector. Aviation companies with hiring needs can also register and post vacancies through the OACH.
