Salary Support and Training Requirement

The NTUC Enhanced Enterprise Development Support (NEEDS) is a fund managed by e2i that provides additional funding support of 10% of qualifying project costs for Unionised Companies and Labour Movement Partners who qualify for the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG).

Only unionised companies and Labour Movement Partners are eligible to receive an additional 10% funding support, subject to NTUC e2i’s assessment. To qualify for NEEDS, your company needs to:

  1. Form a Company Training Committee (CTC); and
  2. Provide tangible benefits for workers via wage increment or skills training
