Career Conversion: Place-and-Train Programme for Property Executives
An earlier Property Officer Career Programme has been in place since 2006; over 300 have been trained and successfully placed since. The Property Executive Career Conversion Programme was introduced in 2012 in response to younger and better qualified candidates seeking property career conversions and multi-skills them for the wider realm of jobs in organizations involved in the property development and management value chain.
SPARKS: Place-and-Train programme for Precision Engineering Sector
SPARKS (Step-up Platform to Advance Resources’ Knowledge & Skills) is a Place-and-Train programme developed by e2i (Employment and Employability Institute), to help employers in Singapore’s precision engineering sector address their manpower challenges.
