Place-and-Train Programme

e2i works with our partners to develop place-and-train pilot programmes to help address manpower shortages in many industries and to tackle skills-gaps among job seekers interested in taking on the available jobs.

Professional Conversion Programme

PCP is a programme under the national Adapt and Grow initiative. This programme is suitable for mid-career switchers who are prepared to undergo On-Job Training (OJT) to transit into an industry that is new to them.

PCP provides career growth support to mid-career Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians across many sectors. Upon successful programme completion, PCP participants will be awarded accredited qualifications.

Career Support Programme (CSP)

The Career Support Programme (CSP) is a salary support programme offered by Workforce Singapore (WSG) and the Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) to encourage employers to hire eligible Singapore Citizen Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs).

As part of the Adapt and Grow initiative to help Singapore Citizens adapt to changing job demands and enhance their employability, the CSP has been enhanced effective from 1 April 2017 to support eligible Singapore Citizen PMETs. This is to encourage more Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) to come on board. For existing jobseekers registered with e2i’s career centres, they will be included if they meet the requirements.

Career Trial

The Career Trial (previously named as Work Trial) is part of the suite of career services offered by Workforce Singapore (WSG) and e2i to strengthen the employability of locals, through a short-term stint with an employer.

As part of the Adapt and Grow initiative to help Singapore Citizens adapt to changing job demands and enhance their employability, Career Trial has been enhanced to allow employers and individuals, as well as Persons with Disabilities (PWD) to better assess job fit.
