The Generic Essential Training (GET) programme was developed by e2i to equip tourism and hospitality staff with knowledge of Safe Distancing and Personal Data Protection processes, but other COVID-19 related training could be included as well. Each training programme can be tailored to suit your workforce’s needs.

NTUC LearningHub’s Learning eXperience Platform (LXP) Enterprise is a one-stop learning solution platform which offers a suite of over 75,000 courses that support workforce capability frameworks. Your employees will be able to learn on-the-go, improve their productivity and efficacy through honing their competencies in adaptive, technology and technical skills. The platform also serves as a Learning Management System (LMS), allowing companies to create or upload custom content through easy-to-use course creation tools including comprehensive reporting, built-in assessment and quiz engines.

The Mentor Assistance Programme (MAP) was started in 2020 by e2i to encourage hospitality-related companies to redesign jobs and multi-skill employees with guidance from experienced mentors. By multi-skilling your workers to take on other job roles, they will acquire new skillsets to be redeployed when necessary and also understand the flow of operations better as a whole.

The Training Industry Professionals in Tourism (TIP-iT) by the Singapore Tourism Board supports tourism companies in employee upgrading and leadership development. The grant provides funding support for training and in-house course development for deep-skilling/up-skilling in existing, new or emerging skillsets, and also aims to develop a pipeline of future local leaders in tourism.
